Het Eilandje – ‘The Little Island’ – is so-called for good reason: Antwerp’s oldest port area is surrounded by water. Today, port activities are concentrated more north of Antwerp, but the feeling of a port is still very much present with the monumental warehouses, lanterns, hangars and cobblestones.

From the Little Island, you can easily walk southwards and discover the beautiful City of Antwerp. Located north of the City Centre, the port of Antwerp is easily accessible for expat residents.

The tram stop "Antwerp Cadix" is located at the Schengen Square, 50 metres from Cadix 35, with direct connection to Antwerp Central Station (line 24)

A 1,680 m² Delhaize supermarket is located 100 metres from Cadix 35, open every day from 8AM – 8 PM.

The Schengen Square is a car free zone after 11 AM for non-residents, giving a calm atmosphere in our street. We will arrange a permission for tenants with a reserved parking spot in our garage, for 24/7 access. Parking is also possible on the street side around the corner or in the surrounding area
