Cadix 35 offers beautiful new furnished apartments for rent in Antwerp at the (almost) brand new Cadix square.

The rent includes a nice and clean apartment with:

• Clean bed & bath linen
• Use dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, combi microwave / oven
• Induction cooker, blender, iron and ironing board and fully equipped kitchen
• Shampoo and shower gel
• Consumption of water, gas and electricity
• End cleaning (normal use)
• Collection of garbage
• Fire insurance of the apartment
• Flat screen (cable tv)
• 1 safe per accomodation
• 1 badge key per guest (upon arrival)

At Cadix 35 you can rent a furnished apartment for a last minute short stay starting from € 44 p.p.p.n.

All our prices are all inclusive, only a City Tax of € 2.39 p.p.p.n. should be added.
