All our Cosy studios are provided with an open kitchen, built-in closet, a bathroom with walk in shower and a cosy living room. They overlook the rising green Cadix Square which will be finalized by the Spring of this year and will offer you a beautiful green view reaching to the "Kattendijkdok".
The rent includes:
- Cleaning Service (twice a week)
- Linen Service (bed linen and towels weekly)

Our prices
At Cadix 35 you can rent a furnished apartment starting from 7 nights. All our prices are all inclusive, only a City Tax of € 2.39 p.p.p.n. should be added.
